Hello! While this is my first posting, I lurk on here often! This site often comes up on my google searches

My husband, 4 month old daughter and I are looking to move into the Berkshire Park apartments in Knightdale. They are right off of 64 and Smithfield Rd. They are new, only about a year old. The location is ideal for us and we love the apartments. The floorplan is great for us as well as the price. They offer an all inclusive package that includes gas, electric, water, trash, and television that can be added to your rent. It comes out to about $190 for all the utilities. The only thing we would have to add would be Internet. Is $190 a good deal? We were both college students and moved in with my MIL til after we had the baby and I started working again. Aka we've never had utilities! We can certainly afford rent along with utilities, just wondering if its a better deal to do them on our own. Oh, its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 sq ft apartment on 2nd floor!

Thanks everyone!
