Can anyone recommend a good place for language instruction? I am h**l bent on learning another language at some point in my life. I am considering French, Italian, maybe even German or Japanese. Can anyone recommend a good place for instruction that is in Raleigh (although I could go to Cary if need be)? I need a place that offers instruction on evenings or weekends. I've found some online, but I want to hear about others' experiences with various places. Thanks.

Check out the community colleges and their continuing ed classes. They are almost always held in the evening.

I actually took a beginner's French class through Wake Tech. The class met in the evening at Millbrook High. I actually really liked it. I think the instructor actually taught at Wake Tech and this was his part time job. He was an actually French man, had a great sense of humor and was an excellent teacher. I really enjoyed it. (Plus, its cheap!)
