My husband and I visited this neighborhood over the weekend and were impressed by the agent on duty and the quality of the houses. Curious if anyone has any feedback on the community, the specific neighborhood, demographics of residents (ages, children?), reputation of the builder, etc...

Thanks for any help!

Never heard of it, is it a new neighborhood? Where is it in Youngsville? I live in Youngsville currently.

It is new construction. Nice looking houses on decent size lots. Not a track built community. Reasonable prices. It's where Hicks and Cedar Creek intersect.

Any info on this neighborhood? Hubby and I are visiting the area this coming weekend... Is it worth it to stop into this community?

It's a nice, newer neighborhood not far from where I live. Larger home and lot size as compared to more 'popular' areas in wake county. It is in the country, pretty much, so you cant really walk anywhere (unless you're in middle school, you could walk to school LOL). Right near the soccer fields, so if you have kids into that, its easy access

It's a nice area. we've lived in youngsville for more than a decade and enjoy it. Nice and quiet.
