I am looking for an adults volleyball team around Chapel Hill. It can be mixed or just women's. If anybody has numbers, e-mails or website addies they can recommend, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Chapel Hill Parks & Rec. runs an indoor program that includes co-rec and womens' ball. Levels of play can vary, but is usually at a fairly high standard of play.

Carrboro runs an outdoor league that plays on grass. Level of play is 'B' or 'BB'. Co-Rec only.

Durham Parks & Rec runs a program similar to Chapel Hill.

They are all well run. I have played in all of these leagues, and had a blast. I played at the 'A' level and the competition was outstanding.

Raleigh Parks & Rec. also offers league play.

Enjoy!

Just arrived to Durham Aug 2010, really miss vball crew back home and the exercise. How about setting up a few doubles pickup games, B or BB, even coed recreational. While the weather is good for sand vball. Email me if interested we'll set something up.
