Can anyone recommend inspectors used in the past, and have had good experience with them? Our one year builder warranty expires next month, and while we did get an independent inspector to inspect the house pre-drywall stage and pre-closing stage, thinking of getting a new inspector with a fresh perspective to the house do this warranty inspection. Hoping to get some referrals from this board. Feel free to send me a DM if you are more comfortable with that.
