Thought I'd post this "update" about Tuscany in Clayton:

"on site sales associates at Tuscany, had eight sales in September. Prices in the Johnston County community are from $170s to $260s."

That is a good one to look at. There is one for $199K that is a really good deal. My husband used to work for the builder in the subd and he worked on alot of the houses. This is off of Guy Rd.

Thanks, Vicki! So it seems that there are/will be more homes in there and that they are moving in the general direction of completion?

I can't find a web site for Lee Forest. Are they still building in there or just resales? I found the HOA site but there isn't anything on it

Lee Forest is a good subdivision! I used to deliver pizzas part time and it was one of my favorites. Everyone there was really nice.

Just resales but the subdivision is not that old. There are a few very good deals on houses there.
