Hi all,
We just moved to town and will be spending the next few days driving around getting a feel for the area. We are looking for homes in more wooded neighborhoods in tbe 320k - 375k range. Newer is preferable, but we understand that we may get more lot in a home that is 10+ years. Any suggestions for guiding our driving?
Thanks!

If you are interested in woodsy Holly Springs, take a ride along Optimist Farm Road. It's on the newer side and I'm not positive on the names of communities on it, but they are nice!

Default Sunset pointe and Tuscany

Sunset pointe and Tuscany. They both have brand new homes. They are off of Sunset Lake Rd. They are between Stephenson Road and Holly Springs Rd. There is also Woodcreek in the same area, but they are more expensive.

Wescott right off Holly Springs Road past Sunset Lake. They have beautiful homes...well crafted and classy. Great schools and great neighbors too. I don't live there but many of my kids friends do and I always say if I buy another house in HS it would be in Wescott.

Sunset Ridge. If you don't mind going a little older, it is my favorite neighborhood in Holly Springs.
