Hello,

My husband & I have just returned from a trip to the Triangle area. We are planning on moving down there within the next year or so. We like Holly Springs, and thought that the Valleyfield subdivision was very nice and affordable. We are looking for around 2,000 Sq. Ft. for about $210K. Does anyone have any info on Valleyfield?

My parents are also moving down with us and will be renting an apartment. It does not seem like there are any apartments in HS besides the Trellis Pointe Apts. I have read that the Main Street Square will have apts when it is finished, but we will probable move before they are done. any suggestions?

Holly Springs is growing very rapidly and will offer more amenities all the time. Valleyfield is well-located, and next to parks and recreation.
Good square footage for the price, and easy access to shopping and some dining opportunities. Restaurants are in short supply, and may be a huge adjustment for you coming from Brooklyn.

I think you will be able to find a rental for the folks, even if it is a small rancher, rather than an apartment.

Thank you for your reply. How much would renting a ranch cost?

$950 and up, depending on the property.
You might find something cheaper. You might not want it...

Default rented there

I rented at Trellis pointe and it is very nice and at a good price. No loud noise at all, Actually less noice than my subdivision.

There's the value of getting this bumped back up.

Thank you for the info.

Any idea why the Main Street Square will be finished?
