Those are two totally different developments. I looked at both. For me, the lots in meadowmont were just so small. Lovely homes nice schools but just bad lots and too much money for the lots. I think copper leaf looks nice but seems remote to me as well. I also don't like the fact that there are no curbs or sidewalks in copper leaf, it had too much of an unfinished "country" feel for me. I don't know the whole of copper leaf but at least some of the homes there attend highcroft elementary and it's a very good school.
