Always liked sweet tea, even before moving here. I stumbled on Junior Johnson's Sweet tea from Lowes the other day. I like it the best so far of the ones I have bought in the store.

Anyone have any other recommends?

Man, I don't know how you guys can drink that stuff! Even 50/50 with unsweet it's too sweet for me.

Of course, I'm a transplanted Yankee, but it didn't take me long to appreciate other Southern delicacies. I'm eat chicken and dumplings all day long, Duke's mayo is totally where it's at, and I even like the chopped vinegar BBQ - but I just can't do the tea.

Me too. Until I had to wait for the little old ladies with the nice accents to get their gallons of Sunday dinner tea one weekend at Bo's.
If it is good enough for those lovely folks, my uneducated palate can rest comfortably....

I drink 1-1/2 quarts of sorta sweet tea everyday. Very easy to make.

1) Heat 1-2 cups of water to boiling.
2) Remove from heat, add 9 tea bags (for 2 quarts).
3) After 15 minutes pour into pitcher with 1/4- 1/2 cup of sugar
4) Add hot tap water to leftover tea bags until pitcher full.
5) Most important step!- Leave pitcher unrefrigerated at room temp. for 2 or more hours.
6) Refrigerate.
