Armstrong Circle, Raleigh (rent, crime, house)

We are interested in purchasing a cute house on this street. The neighborhood looks clean and well kept but we are not from NC yet and need advice.
Safety schools, resale and rentability.
We want to live there now, rent it later.

Don't know this area but it's always a good idea to search crime reports. You can do this via the following link. Just type in Armstrong for street and then chose Raleigh and request at least a years worth of data. It will then compile a list. You can then zoom out and search surrounding area so you get an idea of the neighborhood too. Hope this helps.....
