Hi all-moving back to area after 5 years. My daughter currently attends a 5 day preschool 9:00-12:00 and we love it. Looking for a recommendadtion for something similar. We will be in Brier Creek temporary and then will look to buy in Cary more then likely. Not something overly religious but a great small preschool with a good reputation. Thanks in advance!

We loved Christ the King Early Childhood Center in Cary (next to Cary High) and have many friends who loved it as well. It isn't terribly religious; I think they had chapel once a month. They have a 5 day program for 4-year-olds and have a Transitional K.

Here is a preschool at a church - it is not run by the church though (but I think most of the staff is Christian).

Salem Baptist Preschool - It is off Davis Drive, between Cary and Apex. They are into both academics and Christ with Chapel once a week. Most crafts and worksheets somehow reference Jesus or the Bible or a Bible story, etc. The goal for the 4s and transition classes is a very successful kindergarten year.

Soapstone is close to Brier Creek, and is highly recommended.

Triangle Learning Learning (formerly Eagles Nest LEarning Center). It's off TW Alexander near Brier Creek and they are very good as well.
