I hope I don't delete this thread, this time. If it shows up twice, I apologize. Sticky fingers.

Does anyone know if Del Webb has started building this yet? Prices, and or models? Anything about the area? Hope to come see it when there is something to see ! Thanks

I don't believe they have started anything yet. It's tucked in a corner of Durham County, very rural despite being within 1 mile of Glenwood, 5 mnutes of RTP and the airport. I get by there about once a year. This is the first I've heard of it.

on a lark - and a need to go to Lowe's - I went out there. A sign along US70/Glenwood is the only sign of activity so far.

Thanks! I was curious also. The Del Webb site is asking people to sign up on an interest list, but they don't show models or prices.

Thanks Bo for making the trip.
I wonder how long it will take to build something, starting from a sign on the road ??? Website says a grand opening in 2012 ??

Pulte announced this neighborhood at one of their broker luncheons. They will post prices, models, etc. as they get closer and are recorded and ready for pre sales.

They just announced the prices and models for one of their other new n'hoods...Amberly Village Square.

This is an announcement I got last week about Amberly Square: Thank you all for your interest in Amberly Village Square. We will update our website with pricing and features once our VIP appointments are complete and we can open to the public on 2/1/2012. We have VIP appointments scheduled today through Tuesday, every 2 hours, so please be patient with us as we write our first contracts- we will have limited access to phone and email.

Vicki

Hee Hee ! I just got an email from a realtor who asked if i wanted to see resale homes for sale in Duraleigh or if I was interested in coming out to see the development ! I think she must have some type of marketing schpiel and she just plugs in the words "Duraleigh" and mails it. Should I email back to say, "yes, I will be there sometime in 2014?"
