I don't know much about Falconbridge, but I am familiar with Hope Valley Farms and Garrett Farms. Garrett Farms seems nice, decent sized lots, very flat, some trees - mostly at the back of the lots.
Hope Valley Farms is huge; it has several smaller neighborhoods within it. Lots are about 1/4 acre, but houses really fill them up. It's very hilly and the number of trees varies depending on when the section was built (older sections closer to Hope Valley Road). I looked there when I was searching for homes, but I felt the houses were too crammed together.
I would definitely recommend Woodcroft. Most of the lots are 1/4-1/3 acre and since it's a slightly older neighborhood (1980s), there are plenty of trees. There's usually a good turnover of houses, since some of them are affordable for families of graduate and professional students. There are usually the most listings in the spring, but there should still be some now. I know there's a beautiful Colonial for sale on my street!
You could also check out Woodlake. The newer parts were clear cut, but there are some nice trees in the older sections (close to Fayetteville Rd.).
