carpenter and HVAC recommendations in SW Durham? (floor, estimate)

Can anyone recommend a carpenter to repair and replace areas of exterior siding and trim? We also need an HVAC recommendation for resealing/re-insulating crawlspace. We have one estimate for each (both seem high) so we're hoping to get other estimates to compare. BTW: We found a great electrician--Cory Litterilla--from your recommendations. Thanks City Data!

By sealing and reinsulating the crawlspace, are you referring to the ducts or the subfloor insulation?
