I don't know WHAT Best Buy must be giving away but on the news, they showed the line already forming for Black Friday deals!

These folks are going to spend their Thanksgiving Day sitting outside the Best Buy instead of eating with their family?!!

Anyone else going to stand in line for Black Friday deals?

Or...are you just going to sit on your sofa and wait for Cyber Monday deals?!!

Vicki

A lot of times the Best Buy deals are available online starting on Thanksgiving day. Not sure if that is the deal this year, but worth checking. Only difference is you don't walk out with it that morning, but I am okay with that.

Black Friday is a scam. People buy stuff they dont really need. It is a mental disorder...if you think something is discounted heavily you will buy it. Stay home relax...the deals will exist until January.

Crazy, I just dropped my daughter off at Best Buy in Crossroads and there is no line, but was surprised by how many people are out shopping today! I don't start shopping till mid-December!

I agree. You see these people waiting on line for a week or two, they clearly don't work, but they are waiting to get an ipad or a giant flat screen t.v. It's ridiculous. How about putting aside $50 every month for a year and then you don't have to sit outside for weeks on end to save $200?

I agree, it is a mental disorder.

I never worry about people having legal fun and not bothering me.

I can tell you, a trip to Lowes about 10:00 Friday morning will get you an aluminum painters' bench for $17.00, with a typical price of $45.00--$55.00.
