Greetings everyone.

I'm in the middle of my MBA program right now and found myself leaning towards marketing. Therefore I wanted to search marketing opportunities in the area. I was curious what are the best marketing firms (or companies that have real good marketing departments) in the RTP area?

Thanks in advance.

There are so many companies that it is highly dependent on whom you talk too as to the "best" marketing firms. But I'd recommend that you network with people in the marketing field and ask a lot of questions (who? where? why? ...). Here is a group that meets and all they do is talk marketing (highly regarded group in the RTP area). Maybe go to a meeting or two and you'll meet a lot of people to network with ---> New RTP speaker series: ‘Marketing Mondays’ | The RTP Blog

Best of luck!

I'm also interested in finding out more. My husband and I are looking to relocate to this area by summer, how's the job market in this area. Are there a lot of openings. Right now he's a VP in Communication Strategy any recommendations would be appreciated. One of his clients has a headquarters in Raleigh so we are hoping his current company will let him telecommute. Thanks!
