That was a well known crime in the area...a murder suicide. If that the same house...I can't imagine there was more than one.

I live near there and you cannot smell anything from the landfill ever. Been 6 years in HS. They are building like crazy around here. I540 is certainly a concern. There are maps that will show the 9 different routes under consideration.

are you allowed to put a fence up for a small yard for the dogs?

You really need to come visit. Most HOA neighborhoods allow back yard fences around here. There are typically restrictions as to the type of fencing materials and so forth, but we have plenty of fenced yards in ALL of the hundreds of neighborhoods that are similar to Woodcreek here.

Disclosure: I've never been to Woodcreek, but I've been in dozens of other JW houses around here. Woodcreek loots like hundreds of other neighborhoods in the Triangle. I promise you.

Yes you can put fences as long as you follow HOA rules. Rules allow for wood fences and metal fences as long as they are not 8 ft tall.

Hi, I am looking for some updated information on this subdivision. My wife and I are looking into building a John Wieland plan in the Preserve section.

Any feedback on the John Wieland homes, HOA, community events and anything else will be greatly appreciated.

Bear in mind that Pulte Homes bought John Weiland a few months ago.

I did read about that. Would you say the quality of the homes they are building under the John Wieland brand are taking a hit?
