The location is reasonably convenient to both Cary and Apex. The currently assigned schools (don't know if this matters to you) are very good. I don't know anything specific about the subdivision though.

I sold a home in there last year. Buyers wanted to be close to Davis Drive, for his work, and wanted a neighborhood with a community pool. Homes seem to sell very quickly as the neighborhood is desireable for the above mentioned items. My buyers are very happy there and say its very easy to meet the neighbors, very friendly group.

I echo Hope and Vicki. Great location. Pool. You are convenient to everything in Cary via High House and Davis and you also are very convenient to Beaver Creek, 55, and 64 in Apex via Holt and Old Jenks.

I love the community. One of my best friends lives in there in a beautiful home. Homes do seem to go quickly in there.

I don't know anything about the amenities in that neighborhood, I did consider there for purchase. That is a beautiful and desirable area of Cary.

I have a couple of friends who live in Devereaux. I agree with all comments mentioned above. Devereaux is all about location location location. Perfectly located between Davis Drive, HW-55, High House Road and HW-64 it is in an ideal location of Cary.

They have about 300 homes. Lots of young couples, families with children, etc. Very lively neighborhood. Cant go wrong with Devereaux!

No cons with Devereaux- great location, beautiful homes and a nice neighborhood. I'd have no qualms moving there.
