There is a bike shop on 9th St in Durham that our son loves...I think the name is Tip Top Cycles, or something similar to that. This is a good, locally owned business that is very community conscious- would love to get your support for them if they have what you need.
Do these "beach cruisers" come in 3-speeds? I used to have such a bike (they were called "mamachari"s where I was living) and it was great for just getting around town for errands, etc. I've been wanting to buy one since returning to Raleigh but had no idea where to even begin looking for one.
ATT is totally flat. Used to be a railway. I checked Performance and they starting price is in mid $200. I will check other places to see if I can find cheaper ones. Unfortunately ou don't most bikes on Criagslist are 21 speeds.
I wouldn't use the word totally flat with the ATT.
No place sells bikes without gears - they wouldn't go anywhere!
