ahahaha yes my husband and I say the same thing every time we drive by it.

Finally made it to 35 Chinese in Cary this weekend - now hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant. It was unreal. So of the authentic Sichuan restaurants I've tried it goes:

35 Chinese > Happy China > Gourmet Kingdom > Super Wok

But Super Wok only comes in last because they have a small dining area and I often pop into places for lunch solo - feel intrusive doing that there. The food is terrific.

I've been to 35 twice.

The first time, I was blown away, and singing the praises, the second time, it didn't do as much for me. I think a tie-breaker is in order (but I've also been hearing a LOT about Gourmet Kingdom, so that is probably my next place to visit).

The place is small; last time I was there we were the only non-Asians....proof it's good!

We ate there last week for the first time. It was yummy! We'll be back!

Thanks, ljd!

Thanks Mike! Taipei Cafe is next on my list. I think I went to C&T years ago and can't remember what I thought of it - that's after Taipei.

Then the rest.

Yum.
