They are listed on Angies List (which is a good sign, most dicey companies would not list themselves) and their website is
www.fedroof.com.
I tried to see the reviews on Angies List, but Angies List limits you to the city of your primary residence. I think you can add more cities for additional cost, it's just the method they've chosen for preventing too much "sharing" on one account (fair enough) but I'm not able to look them up.
So, this company is based in Matthews, NC. You could go to the Charlotte forum and ask for feedback there, perhaps also a kind soul there could log into Angies List for you and see what folks are saying about them.
I've seen some of their signs in yards around Raleigh, I suspect the homeowner wouldn't let them put the sign there if they weren't happy with the end result. They seem like a legit operation to me.
They would probably get more interest if they listed the Raleigh division as a separate listing on Angies List (I've seen other companies that span multiple cities do that).
