It might be better to start a new thread that resurrect one from NINE years ago.
In this time period, I know of at least three restaurants that changed from something else, to Italian, and then closed to change again.

I think Johnny Carino’s is pretty good.

Hayashi-ya. Before that, it was briefly Mason's Chophouse, and before that it was Uno.
