Hoping some of you can help me find a restaurant around Smithfield or along the I-95S corridor that will hold 10-30 people. At this point I'm not sure how many we'll have, but when we've had other meetups they've been in the 20+ range.

Best option would be somewhere with a room off to the side we could meet in so as to not take over the whole place. We'd also like some good NC Bar-be-que, and were originally thinking Smithfields despite it being more fast food, but from my experience there's no way we could fit us in there without taking over the entire restaurant.

Does anyone know of a good place in or around Smithfield that would meet our criteria for good food and a room to keep us out of the way?

The Golden Corral by the outlets could fit that many easily and it would be semi-private with the area to the side/back. Lots of food choices, but no alcohol (if that's also what you're looking for).

You might look into Holt Lake Seafood and Barbecue on 301 south in Smithfield. I haven't been in some time, but they used to have a good family style meal...barbecue, fried chicken with all the fixin's. I heard they reopened after the fire a few years back. Maybe somebody else can comment on it. It's certainly big enough for large parties.
