You better let the Town of Morrisville know. I am sure they will be glad to assist you!

Plus there's enough variety in housing options so you can find what you're looking for. Taxes are a little high for the area, but coming from Livingston you'll laugh at such paltry amounts.
I went to high school in Livingston. The vast majority of the real estate in Livingston is made of up small homes built over 50 years ago and are small and vastly overpriced. Forget the property taxes the whole area is crazy. There are some newer areas of Livingston that have larger new homes but in general it is made up of old small overpriced Cape Cods and Bi-Levels.

Schools are very good. The weather in NJ cannot compare to NC this past Winter was an absolute bear to deal with. Depending upon what general area in the Triangle you choose you can get maybe 3 times as much house and pay 1/4 or less in property taxes.

From what I understand the schools on balance are not up to the standard they were when I went there over 40 years ago.
