New Seville townhomes brier creek (Durham: buying, pros and cons, living)

We are looking at buying one of the new townhomes in brier creek at Seville at Brier Creek. We are in our late 20s, no kids, moving from Durham. Does anyone who lives in that area or in those townhomes have any pros and cons of that area? Any advice about those homes, can you hear your neighbors? What kinds of people are living there? Younger? Retired? Traffic? Can you walk to the grocery stores/ shopping? And how you like it. Thanks!
