The one day he came to our home, I had a death in the family around 4am and my cousin came to the house hysterical! He showed up at 8am or so (on a SUNDAY!) and complained about her car being parked with one rear tire on the sidewalk! When we apologized and said, our aunt just died this morning and she came here very upset because she didn't want to tell me over the phone, he said "It does not matter, thats the rule and she needs to move her car!" I was so hurt! This is the type of stuff that people deal with. Besides the car towing, the yelling from him too. The builder ripped the small parking lot out to put more units and since then, its been horrible. Am I making sense? Or being too demanding?
That man sounds so awful! I hope your lease is up soon. I'm not familar with rentals in Cary. But I was just reading about someone that was renting a townhome in Haddon Hall in Apex and they are happy there.

I don't know anyone in Haddon Hall but I drive by it often - it's walking distance to SuperTarget, Lowe's, Office Max (or is it Depot?), Linens and Things, and quite a few restaraunts. The buildings look very nice, and the location is great - on 55 going through Apex, right near 64. Would be nice to know if anyone's had parking/HOA issues there!

Smile You've all been so great

I really appreciate all the information and suggestions from everyone. I am happy to say that we're not in a lease. Our landlord is great and because we handle everything, which eliminates lengthy traveling for her. We have been thinking about moving for a little while and decided that its the right thing to do, we just want to be careful. I will send another post soon! Thanks again!
