Quick question RE: property/school taxes (Raleigh, Chapel Hill: chapel, school districts, counties)

In some states, property and school taxes are billed separately. Is this the case in the counties surrounding Raleigh? or are the school taxes included in the listed property tax?

For Wake county they are billed together.

In most places in North Carolina, the county IS the school district - unlike northern states where school districts are separate.

There are a few exceptions, such as the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools in Orange County. But even there, the county provides a large chunk of the school funding.
