I wouldn't live there if you bought me the house. Talk about a traffic nightmare. I still can't believe they are building there; every time I drive by my mind is boggled.

Hold on, are you the OP who was very sound sensitive? That development is going to be near a train crossing and the airport.

That spot should not be too bad for aircraft noise compared to places further down Morrisville-Carpenter rd. it's definitel near the train tracks though.

Don't know for sure, but I hear the whistles late at night (after 11 PM) and I'm down by Davis and Morrisville Pkwy.

We get two sets of train noises here - the one up by Chapel Hill Rd and the one down towards 55.

Maybe it's just me,but I live close to train tracks. Probably hear it 3-4 Times a day,but love it. The volunteer fire dept sirens,not so much.

Isn't this development across the street from a soccer park? Would there be a lot of cars on the weekends from all the people attending soccer games?

I have a feeling at certain times of the day it will be difficult to make a left turn out of the neighborhood.
