toddler transportation (Chapel Hill: chapel, school, moving to)

Moving to Chapel Hill and need a way to get a 3 year old to and from school since parent's working hours aren't compatible with school's start and end-time and and our child-care provider whom we are bringing with us does not drive. Does anyone know of any companies/services in the area that can transport a toddler a short distance to and from school (in this case ~3 miles)? Not many replies postings on the usual online help wanted places.
