IMO Wake Forest is not over populated. Its a growing community but still lots of open land within it and surrounding it. Over population is a subjective thing. To some it maybe while others may think its not.

My goodness...I don't know where you're from, but when I scouted out Wake Forest (not there yet) I thought 'wow, this is a great country town!'

I guess it is a matter of perspective.

I live just north of Wake Forest, and don't find it 'over populated' at all. In fact, I don't have neighbors for 2 miles in any direction...lol

Default Boom town

Since I moved to Wake Forest in June of 2004 the area has really grown! While I wouldn’t call it over crowded I do feel that we need either another Post Office or to have the one that exist now enlarged.

I agree with what others have said though, Wake Forest’s population is highly subjective. To people like me from the North East, Wake Forest doesn’t feel over populated at all but people from say… Wyoming might not agree.
