The curiosity is killing me... does anyone know what the new construction project is, that is going in at the end of South Roxboro, across MLK from Wal-Mart? I saw two huge tanks there today, and I'm really hoping it's something fun and not a new gas station... anyone know??

A developer of affordable housing, formerly president of the Land Trust, has been proposing a project there for some time, but would need to dig further to see if this is what that is:

Yay (sigh)

Was hoping for something more exciting as well. That's a good gas station spot though, I'll use that one all the time.

Oh darn. Well, the tanks that were delivered today were a pretty good clue. Oh well... NorasMom is right, it's a good location for one, and it's bound to be easier to get in and out of than the Kroger station.

Thanks for the help, y'all!
