We are relocating from Newyork. looking to buy a town home. Any suggestions?
Green high or elementary ? But i prefer this vs Weston parkway. Weston parkway is a very busy section with traffic and such...but commute might be closer if going to Raleigh
Whereas Greenhope elementary is close to cary tennis park and a quite place...
I will be working at metlife, and intended to stay for ~3 years and move in to bigger house. resale value will be great near greenhope? I can commute. Seems like there are not much townhomes on Weston. whats your opinion?

Green Hope for the schools? Otherwise, there are plenty of townhome communities.
I think the Creeks at Weston by MI, i.e., the Weston Parkway homes will sell fast.
Met Life employees alone will provide resale support for those who want an easy commute, and there is a lack of new construction otherwise near there.
And, there is good access to other employment opportunities, too.

Would you consider MI homes over green hope communities in terms of resale? Only thing bothering me is bad school district.

we had a long thread about school district....there is no such thing as good/bad schools....all come under wake county and good parenting plays a huge role in the success of a child, so I, personally do not discuss too much about good vs bad schools. The good values we impart in our children goes a long way than a school education!
