Is there a public place one can launch fireworks. I live in an apartment complex, so shooting them off in the backyard is a big no no.

South Carolina, anything that "launches" is illegal here in NC.

It's a big "no no" anywhere in NC if you shoot any of the big ones off anywhere.

No "real" fireworks.

But you can launch rockets in Butner and Bayboro NC. I used to take my kids there to watch some
pretty impressive flights.

You can't buy anything fun here. You have to go down to SC to get anything cool. I'm sure you can go to any park that's out of the way and have a "blast" tho if you have the goods.

Why would they be illegal to buy but legal to launch think about it dude

However typically if you can go out to the country or get on some private property cops will make an exception for the fourth

SC laws vary depending on where you are. In the city limits of North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach it is actually illegal to buy, sell or use fireworks. Surprising

If you don't have a neighbor who will report you you're ok. It's like no cameras at an intersection then go through the red.
