We have lived in the Courtyards at Cary for just about 3 1/2 years in the 2 story Portico model. We love the layout of the home and ours is the smallest Epcon community in the Triangle with just 15 homes. As time goes by, we are discovering that the construction is certainly not outstanding with possibly the world's record for most nail pops after our 1 year inspection, doors becoming impossible to close, paint that is wearing prematurely and a host of other minor issues.

I guess, given the price point, I should not expect more but this is my first home. The advantage of 15 homes is that the neighbors all look out for each other. This can also be a disadvantage I guess, lol.
