So we were going to take our Arizona guests to the first annual pig picking revival picnic, but waited for weather reports. And tickets are now sold out. Great fir them, but bad for us.
Alternative is a BBQ place, preferably eastern NC style available. Driving out into the country for an hour or so would be ideal (we're in Brier Creek), but food and cool atmosphere is most important. Must be open Sunday.

My friends from the Northeast demand at least one visit to PnP during their annual trek to Moore Co. (official red neck country) according to another thread.
How about Hillsborough BBQ Company in Hillsborough? After you have lunch there you could walk down to Mystery Brewing and have a pint of two of their beers!
