It's one thing to be creative and work with limited space or having to sink a well where there is not access to public water. But if the issue is that there is no sewer and the soil is not suitable for a septic system (or there isn't enough space for a drain field) it doesn't matter how creative the builder is. It will come down to $$$ and how much you are willing to pay for an expensive advanced treatment system.

I'll have to get more details, but it's a .25 acre lot and I believe the issue is water or drainage-related. I haven't even seen it yet, so at this time I don't have any more info. I'll probably go look at it later this month.
