I was driving by, couldn't catch the name of it, I thought it was something Kitchen. Has anyone else seen this? It's near Sport Clips, Pei Wei etc Not sure what was there before.

Would probably help if you identified which Pei Wei. There isn't just one in the Triangle.

It's in Brier Creek. I thought I mentioned that. Bad on my part. Maybe a mod can update the title?

Considering the destruction to NC from Hurricane Hugo,
I would say that would be like opening Harvey's Kitchen right now in Houston, Texas.

I'd be willing to bet that most of the people here don't even know there was a hurricane named Hugo. Plus it hit Charlotte way worse than here. Also, the Charlotte Hornets mascot was even named Hugo IIRC. not sure if it is still in the latest incarnation.
