I've been up here in Eden Prairie, MN the past month working and I hit the Pei Wei here at least 3 times a week.

Can't wait til they open the one at 281/Stone Oak. Much closer to me then.

You know, I have NEVER been...but sure intend to hit it the first night it is open based on everything great that I have heard about it. I LIKE the fact there is a "fast food" place that is NOT "fastfood" in our area...finally!

Since you are a pro, is there anything you HIGHLY recommend for my first venture????

Awww.........Wok Inn is so good! I have never been to Pei Wei, but the other day one of our sales reps brought in PF Changs for everyone for lunch. The next day, everyone who ate it was out sick. Luckily for me, I am on South Beach, so I didn't eat any, but back in the day I would have dug right in!! It was probably a fluke thing, but :barf:............

(the only reason I told the PF Changs story is because I think they are the parent co. of Pei Wei? If not, sorry!)

Anyway, Chinese food is the bomb, and I am looking forward to the phase when I can eat some!

I have never been, but I might make a trip into San Antonio on Monday for lunch just to check it out.
Is Pei Wei a sit down with waitress type of place or do you place your order at the counter (like Wok Inn), or buffet?? Just want an idea before I go.

Thanks~
Don't worry Wok Inn, I had lunch at your place last Friday~~

Default Happy Guy Chinese Rocks!!!

Yeah!!! Another chinese option. I love chinese food. Speaking of, has anyone tried the tastiest, yet inexpensive Happy Guy on Culebra & Rim Rock Trail? They have the best General chicken ever. Yumm!
