A mixed use density for sure, but a 30 story tower at Cary Towne probably not.

I wish they could figure out something to do with Triangle Town Center. They definitely have the land to be more like Southpoint mall.

Looking at the rendering, it looks like the tower is actually at the site of the existing Macy's uncovered parking lot. And I think it looks like a parking deck (or parking lot with mall space above?) where Sears is.

This actually looks pretty impressive.
