Hello,

We just saw a sign for the new toll brothers community off page road and TW Alexander Dr. They are building single family homes. Could anybody please let me know the approximate price for a single family home with basement in this new community (I believe it's the regency at Brier Creek). And if it's in the range of $550k-$600K (or may be more than that ) , is it worth the price in this market?

Any thoughts would be really appreciated.

Thanks all

I was under the impression that development was not going to be "part" of the Brier Creek country club but that is just a guess. Toll Brothers has continuously built further down the Brier Creek Parkway but not as far as this new development, and even those last phases don't look or feel like part of the country club. This new one is much further away so I would be surprised if they targeted the $500k and up range, especially in today's market.

.and the houses are in Durham County, right? I think Toll Bros tried to change the border so that their development would be in Wake. They failed.

Hence, 500K in Durham county. Madness.

I think they are building ranch houses though which would attract many.

Yep, last I saw it was past the Durham line. I took a look at the Toll Bros. site and it seems like they are considering this part of the country club. Seems like they'll want to capitalize so much on the country club's success that they'll call an anything they build in a 10 mile radius "Brier Creek Country Club".
The ranches are cheaper but hovering around 200sqft. and the other collection is mid 400's+

Well see how well that works out for them.

It connects to the current brier creek subdivision without going out on Brier Creek Parkway. I recall hearing they'll have a Raleigh address.

Thanks for all the replies. I just confirmed with the Toll Brothers office about the county and she said all the executive homes will be under Wake county and not Durham.
