Parents using Breweries/taprooms/bars as Chuck E' Cheeses, has pretty much ruined going to those places during the daytime, especially on weekends. It's a shame, really. Adults should be able to enjoy a nice beer during the day, without stepping into a petting zoo/daycare

Hmmm. Couldn't the reverse also be true? Meaning parents using Chuck E' Cheeses' as bars has ruined those places for the kids? I'm not saying that adults shouldn't have the right to have a beer (responsibly) at an appropriate place but there are plenty of videos on Youtube of parents acting a fool with fights breaking out at Chuck E' Cheese and I have to wonder if alcohol has something to do with it. Or at least aggravates someone who has the predisposition to not know how to act in public, and of all places, at a kid oriented pizza parlor.
I just think it's hypocritical to talk about how unsafe and what a bad example it is for parents to drive with their kids after 1 or 2 beers when you see people texting, talking on their phone while driving with their knees, etc, with kids in car. Everyone always claims "oh I never do that". Everyone has, some do more than others.
And who is going to drive home....You are at a brewery.....you are going to drink. Would never expose my kids to drinking, while driving.
How much do you think people are drinking seriously? One beer doesn't equate to being plastered and unable to operate a motor vehicle.
