Looking for a pizza peel. Wood. Medium handle, at least 12" wide. Maybe I'm dreaming, but under $30 would be a bonus.

Any restaurant supply or pizza supply shops in the area?

Thanks. Happen to know if they keep Saturday hours? Not familiar with the location - near Durham at all?

You could also try A Southern Season (though it wouldn't be under $30) or the kitchen store in University Mall, or if you feel like a drive then United Restaurant Supply in Raleigh definitely has what you are looking for: Http://ureco.net/item11.html (broken link) (Saturday hours are 9-12)

Not sure about Saturday hours, but that is North Durham. Take the Roxboro St exit off of 85 and head North. It will be on your right before Roxboro merges with Duke St
