Wendy’s...don’t laugh It’s not as good as the old Wendy’s recipe, but it’s still pretty good.

I was going to say Wendy's myself but refrained b/c I thought the OP probably didn't want 'fast-food' recs. I have also found that (I guess like every other fast-food joint) the quality of the chilli/food can depend on the wendy's itself... whether they sold you fresh made or 'older,' tasting. Also, I will never forget the indignation I felt many years ago getting a single w/cheese, getting home and taking a bite, another bite, another and finally opening up the cheeseburger to find that that was no burger-- everything else but no burger- LOL. dunno why... but that memory is up there with life-changing events!
Hopefully that pierretong1991 guy will post for you. he seems to be uber in the know about local cuisine...
I am stumped - I can think of places that put chili on hot dogs, burgers or do chili cheese fries (that have really great chili in that aspect) but I can't think of an outstanding place that I would say to go for chili itself.
I see Relish has chili on their menu (as well as a chili mac & cheese). I've never had it so I can't vouch for it but I usually like stuff on their menu.
