I'm lookin for a house, moving from Georgia thank GOD, FINALLY, I'm interested in nc but haven't been able to find what I want on realtor.com.

I don't want another subprime looking house. nothing built after 1995. Not the cheap looking homes. Older more neighborhood style home. Can anyone help me. I don't care about the area because I work from home.Nothing rural.
Is anyone out there who can help me. I want to move ASAP I'm so ready to back my truck up and do 100MPH away from here. I live so close to my neighbors I have to whisper when I'm in my yard.

Thanks anyone who can help me that would be great.

Where in the Triangle are you interested in living?

What is your definition of Rural?

How big a house?

How big a yard?

PRICE RANGE?

Do you want to be close to certain ammenities? Stores, Parks ect.....

By the way, what exactly does a subprime home look like?

I have heard of subprime borrowers ...... but not homes.
