I need a good change in life and I feel like there are more resources in Raleigh. Thanks for responding! I am trying to make some good new friends! Would be nice to know problem areas to stay away from..

What "resources" are you talking about? What defines a "problem area" to you?

LOL, I do listen to WPTF, but it's hardly a "neutral" station. Actually the more I listen to it, it's pretty biased. The current morning guy and gal is decent though.
