I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and it's fantastic. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

Fount Coffee in Morrisville. Not really a bakery, but they make a lot of their own baked goods in house and its a cool spot. Pro Tip they actually can get quite busy, especially on nice weather days.

Raleigh Night Kitchen in Seaboard seems to fly under the radar a lot, but I love that spot. They have incredible baked goods and breads and a nice coffee program. Right now they only do seating outside but I look forward to the indoor seating returning post covid.

Yellow Dog Bread in Raleigh is also fantastic. I believe they are take-out only for now due to Covid.
