I almost offered on a house on that street last month. Looks like they are supposed to close tomorrow; I hope this story doesn't scare off the new owners last minute!

Well I guess this is when you would want a HOA involved since the state obviously does not care! And if some of the HOA's do not have this covered in the CC&R's maybe now is the time to ensure there are restrictions on venomous reptiles, pet lions etc in the documents!
Just one? Wasnt there some young dude that had 26 cobras in Durham who was discovered because he went to the hospital after he got bit. They have to know if people keep these around so the proper anti-venom is in stock at regional facilities.
Just in time for the Snake Eyes movie too......maybe GI Joe will be rolling around the area. I've already seen the A-Team van in Wake Forest.
