I don't see them building any more buildings at the RTP campus. Especially with many of us working from home and wanting to continue to work from home. They had several buyouts in the last couple years where a lot of the older workers left and they're being replaced with younger college grads etc. They do pay lower than the industry standard however their benefits are really good especially the retirement.

I have had two interviews lately, the third one is on the way. If you apply a lot, they will pay attention to you.

CARY – MetLife plans to hire 400 new workers who will be based in the Triangle, the company announced on Wednesday morning. And it will do so by the end of 2022, if all goes according to plan. The emphasis is on tech skills.
Anyone gets luck with this?

For fidelity, I applied a few hundred positions already but still failed. Guess should avoid it. However, they keep saying they are hiring.

You applied for a few hundred positions at one company? I think that may be part of the problem

I understand. It's for a few months. Actually they gave me a call and wanted me to stop flooding in the end, but I don't have a better way. Improving my resume and use more referrals maybe.

That's still insane even over a few months. You should definitely not do that in the future.
