Bashing a group as a "cult" without giving specific details or facts to back up your claims???

Smells like an attempt to squash the competition or retaliation for some sort of a grievance, and could possibly be considered damaging to a business and cross the lines of being illegal.

But you're still not telling us anything about why you think they are a cult. Please be specific. Accusations are one thing. Data are another.

Meditation alone is not a cultish behavior.

Separating followers from their own family & friends, intense focus on gaining new members, a leader who does not allow questions about the beliefs, practices or their authority,.. there are many other characteristics of cults.
